We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Sale items are eligible for store credit only

How to Return

Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
We'll send you return instructions and a return address
Ship the item back — return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
